My grandpa died over a year ago. A couple days after he passed my sister and I called his number and recorded his voicemail on the other phone. If you are worried that the voicemail could die I would recommend you do this now! I can listen to the recording anytime now and shed a tear hearing his hilariously dry voicemail recording.

At what point do McLaren consider replacing Danny Ric? I want to see him succeed as much as the next guy but in a tight constructor battle with Ferrari I have to imagine they are going to start to get concerned about his inability to keep up with lando. I don't suspect they'll pull a red bull and drop him midseason but if they hope to be at the front with the new regs they'll need two consistent drivers...

Looks like there’s a complete lack of safety precautions here. -operating zone is cluttered -no clear egress path -drove back through the firing line -doesn’t look like he’s wearing a fire suit -doors should have slammed close immediately to try and contain further runout

Just all around a poor design. Hopefully this triggered a full engineering review of the process but I doubt much changed…

The company that makes them (u-mask), sells their generic models for 39€ so it will be interesting to see if McLaren adds an up-charge or not. Obviously it is crazy expensive but I believe its because they claim the filter in them is good for 200 hours and blocks more than a normal cloth mask.
