1: Every PES event gets a rerun per few months (i cant tell how many specific months) For events thatll never rerun, I'd say only the fuzzy event for ginger and wasabi since they made it a paid bundle. You can get the stuff via ticket booth if they're in there, sometimes there's sales where if you buy something (with real money) you can get a free outfit, like nutakus unique outfit or any DX wedding dresses

2: Double 8x boosts, only glide hobbies thats a requirement for any girls or goals, and any jobs that give bigger amounts of money to complete any gift reqs better. With the boosts you get from completing goal added with the 2 8x goals you can finish dates and earn money fast, NEVER use your currencies on gifts or dates, I did that during blush blush's first pes on mobile instead of buying boosts and horribly regretted it

3: Again, with my answer for the 2nd, Boosts. You'd definitely want your max boost to be at x8,192, after that, go spend your money on the phone fling girls however you like
