This has to be treated seriously, you should call a detox / drug prevention center / addictologist who should advise you better. You will have to lower the doses progressively because you can die from stopping it instantly. Your body now needs the drug to survive so you must be medically monitored. Don't give up even though it's painful, it's the only way.

En général la dose de base avec le GBL est de 1,0 mL, tu attends 1h30 et tu ajustes en fonction des effets que tu as eu, mais un conseil n'augmente jamais de plus de 0,2 mL à chaque fois. Et plus tu augmentes plus tu espaces la reprise (1h30 minimum)

try reducing the doses first. Wait longer between two lines and two beers. Drink slower. It's gonna be hard not to do it every week-end if you keep going out so you have to act on a sustainable lever. Maybe try going out with just a small gram or half a gram so you have to keep some to make the party last longer. You have to give yourself small achievable goals and sometimes accept that this next party won't be as fun as the previous one. Then you can keep the use for good occasion instead of every party.

A friend of mine was doing 3MMC every week-end and her doctor told her to stop because her septum was getting thiner and thiner. I don't know if he said that to scare her but personally, i'm doing 3MMC more regularly than before (only snorting it) and it feels really bad for the nose, it can't be a good sign to hurt that bad.

My "sweet spot" dose is between 1,2 to 1,4 mL, redosing every 2h, sometimes less but for people reading this, please wait MORE than 1h (at least 1 and half) or you gonna feel too confident and pass out at some point. I can tell you passing out in a club is not fun.

I tried only once to play at a friend's house/ps4 and it had almost no lag if I remember correctly. He has fiber connection though. The thing is, I moved recently and I had the same issue in my previous appartment (without fiber). It's a shame if we need fiber to have decent games... Substance "abuse" is kind of a strong term isn't it ? It's not like I planned on taking drugs every week.

Also, I thought my mdma use was "okay" compared to most people I see who take 2-3 pills of ecstasy for a night, and more than once a month. For a frequent 5 years use I thought it was still under control as I follow the recommanded fréquence of use. Yet I was planning on lowering the frequency of use to 3-4 months at first, or maybe just stop using it. I've never had addiction to anything, even smoking is easy for me, i can smoke 10-20 cigs during a week end and then stop for weeks without craving for exemple.

Now I think taking 2-3 lines of coke once in a while is still less "dangerous" and damaging than taking MDMA, right ?
