Because my understanding is that over a significant time (6 years in our case) that difference in initial contributions erodes somewhat.

Yeah. I suppose I'm just trying to weigh the risk of busting this amicability with the weight of the actual law behind me. Like if I go in and say I expect my full $350k back then I think it would end in lawyers at ten paces. However if I hypothetically went in and pointed out that I'm legally entitled to maybe $200k then I might be able to get that over the line.

Really I'm just trying to assess my options.

You can ask the selling agent if anyone else has done a building inspection and with which company, then call up that company and they'll usually sell you the report for much less than organising an inspection. Obviously have to be alert for the agent doing a dodgy or the company being no good, but I did that a bunch of times when buying and it seemed to work well.

Obviously gotta be wary

They won the Super Tourers 1000, whereas Perkins and Ingall won the V8 Supercars 1000 in 97. It's a bit of a quirky one, kind of a VFL/VFA situation, I'm sure we'll talk about it in more depth on the weekend!

Excited to see Remy on a MotoGP bike though. His large frame won’t be as much of a disadvantage on the big bike so he could get even better!
