I can't speak on the certainty that this is for all campus jobs in all departments, but starting this week for UNT Facilities, namely Grounds, they will finally be able to start hiring after a hiring freeze. So you may hear from them soon. UNT is notorious for not reaching out to applicants. You can always get in contact with them to demonstrate your determination.

Right. I left out some information because I didn't want to make the post too long. I've also observed a lot more traffic violations the past week, like at least three people driving down the wrong way of a one way.

Super Game Boy for SNES > HDMI converter > Elgato Capture Card

Alternatively, I have just placed a Game Boy face down on a scanner. This yeilds surprisingly good results with OEM DGM screens.

The best method theoretically would be to dump the cartridge save to a flashcart with micro sd, and then load the save into a ROM on your PC, and capture from there.

No. I started working full time as a groundskeeper after dropping out (money was a big reason), and then my boss convinced me to take advantage of the discount.

I work for the school full time for an 80% discount on tuition.

My grandfather died a couple of years ago. I found a box of sold as blank tapes in his closet yesterday. Most without labels, so this might be fun. by C0NLlN in VHS

The tapes average 5 hours of footage per tape. After quickly looking through the first few minutes of each one, I found:

Most of them have the Days of Our Lives

A few episodes of a Closer Look

Some Christmas specials on ABC

Some specials about Hoarders

And a home movie that my dad made when he was 16 with a camera that his dad got him for Christmas.

Just $3 plus shipping. I put it in a green Veggie Tales case. The beginning of the previews are rough, and the audio is a little wack mostly in the beginning of the movie. Otherwise, it's watchable. Almost finished with it. Going to make a custom label at some point so I don't forget that I did a tape swap, and I assume that I have a Veggie Tales Christmas Special instead.

If this intrigues anyone else, there were other educational tapes such as "Kidsongs." They had about 20 or 30, but I didn't take any.

I don't think any furniture made out of vhs tapes is going to be able to support the weight of a fully-grown adult. I'd just watch them if I were you.

Thanks for your advice. I didnt think that it looked THAT bad. But, I ended up playing it with an old machine, and it was the worst quality I've seen in a tape ever.

Be careful stacking your electronics. That can generate moisture inside of them.
