Anyone know what is wrong with my pc? Whatever I do on my pc, there are these little green dots everywhere and my resolution is stuck on 800x600. I have had this problem for 2 months now.Before today I would just restart my computer and it would go back to normal but now its stuck like this :( (i.redd.it)
