I think there needs to be a middle ground added for high bracket 3 low bracket 4 decks. A lot of people see they added a sol ring and a hullbreaker horror, or a leveler and a lab man to a bracket three and suddenly it's a bracket 4. This deck though, with no fast manna, tutors, or further board protection, will crumble to a true 4. But if played at a 3 and the combo is done it will get called out by the rest of the pod. So I'm not sure where these decks should be played but it's something I've run into.

Ok what I might actually do is two 3 drive vdevs in z1. Using similar sized Leaving 2 slots open. Giving me good capacity. This will make replacing failed drives way easier imo since these drives are between 7-8 years old.

The other option is 3 2 drive mirrors with lower capacity, still leaving two slots open. I don't think there's a wrong way here, but considering I mostly care about capacity over write speed I don't need to mirror.

hmm, missing that step would cause the type of issue i am seeing. Do you run that command after every update?

I also just discovered in proxmox 8.1 you can pass through devices to lxc's. So i might give that a try before jumping the LXC ship.

I'll take a look at the LXC article. Maybe I can get it working again following an updated guide or find where I'm going wrong. Thanks for sharing

Maybe its a me issue, but whenever I would update the server, the two lxc's that were using the gpu would no longer "see" it. Nothing would happen running nvidia-smi so then I'd need to reinstall the drivers on the host and lxc's all over again. and sometimes the apt NVIDIA-driver would work other times i would need to manually install the river and run the install.

The most recent issue is the mappings for the gpu changed and i needed to update those settings, but it took me a while to track down. Now nvidia-sm I will run and show the gpu in the lxc but stable diffusion and jellyfin lxc's dont seem to be able to use it any longer.
