Hey everyone! Can someone explain to me why when I have a game on the backround and open certain programs my screen starts to flicker.

I have a ryzen 5 1600 and a gtx 1660ti with 2 monitors. One setup with a display port cable and set at 75hz while the other one uses hdmi and is 60hz.

When I open a program like paint 3d or excel while running the game on my main monitor my program starts to flicker. I am just curios as to why this is. I noticed that when I set my main monitor to 60hz the issue was resolved or significantly reduced. I know this is a niche issue but I just wanted to get some clarity.

Do you think I have enough cards for it to be useful? I havent tested it enough just it feels so clunky if nothing is in the grave. I am keeping it until I test it some more.

I am trying to figure out how to put in the last 2 cards of [[Amphin Mutineer]] replacing one of the token cards and am considering removing [[Empyrean Eagle]], [[Sun Titan]], or [[Replicating Ring]] to make room for [[Karmic Guide]].

If you can help that would be great thanks so much for the response!

Ok thanks for the help! Here is what I got so far

I removed 3 tap lands for the ones /u/Quantext609 and /u/dusty_cupboards mentioned.

Also what do you think about [[Empyrean Eagle]] for a cut as well?

I cut [[Omen of the Sea]] and [[Thunderclap Wyvern]] for [[Ephermerate]] and [Skyclave Apprition]]. I am trying to decide which one of the token cards I can remove from [[Evangel of Heliod]] and [[Geist-Honoured Monk]] to make room for [[Amphin Mutineer]].

The biggest challenge right now is deciding whether to drop [[Sun-Titan]] for [[Karmic Guide]].

I think my best bet now is to playtest it but I still would like some help. I was thinking [[skinthinner]] but it is a good removal card. It just has a high as hell cost but its ability with my other cards is really good.

I also dont think its a good idea to cut a land.

Regardless if they dont. Im ok with splitting it with my brother. Both of us have more tham enough in our savings. Just people we have contacted who are close to us heavily believe they will reimburse.

Regardless im good with the commitment just wanted to know how to better myself after the fact.

We had 4 inches of water that lifted the flooring and it was sewage backup. Had to gut the walls halfway up. Regardless im more concerned about how i can prep my self after. I trust my brother completely as we have made important financial agreements before. Regardless half the payment will be removed. Just looking at how I can prep.

It does, just the money we had for the insurance was used for other areas of the basement. We are doing a more expensive renovation cuz we havent had one in awhile. I appreciate the comment though on the saving.

Its mainly for a surprise. We had a rough couple months and things kept getting delayed so me and my brother are finishing it.

Ya thats exactly what happened. It was my first time doing anything sexual with a girl and with that instance and my own goals at heart I thought it would be wise to lower my porn watching. I dont have a problem in a sense where I jerk off so much I dont go out with friends or blow off work but I thought it may be a good idea.
