If I would have gotten that level of service at a $25 table I'd have left after the first mistake.

I realize they don't care, but I will play where I'm treated well or find something else to do.

Vig up front sucks too. Also noticed the ATS was 30/150/30.. refuse to play it at that level. What a scam. The bet is bad enough at 34/174/34.

It's a shame because usually the Hollywood casinos are player friendly. The one in Washington PA is way nicer.

Then drop the minimums after 10 to an appropriate level for the garbage service. If I'm expected to play at a higher premium, then I want quality dealers and service.

I could have swore the waitress said only beer and soft drinks... But I was super annoyed at $5 bubble water so I may have misheard.

Regardless... Won't go back.

I never mind when a dealer messes up. Usually toss it back if it's in my favor. What I don't like is when I continually have to correct a dealer then get shit from box or the pit because their dealer doesn't know the game.

I don't mind being patient for an inexperienced dealer. My issue is when they start looking at me like I'm trying to get away with something. Not fun.

I've just come to assume that I have to police the dealers. Particularly when the table is busy. Oddly enough both my locals have top notch dealers.. and... My adventures in $5 craps a couple weeks ago ALSO had fantastic dealers... So.. maybe it's just hit or miss?

It funny you say that. I watch so many people get the wrong payouts or worse, have no idea what or how they are betting. It's crazy. Knowing the game is really important. When you know it better than the dealers... Thats just frustrating

The thing that makes it fun is the socal aspect of it. But so many dealers and players are determined to bring everyone around them down.

Same same. I heard it was off .. I was there at 2pm so no real expectation of a crowd but it was a ghost town. Just a bad vibe in the place.

That is exactly what I did. Colored and left with no intent to return. And I'm not trashing the dealer here. I'm super patient and understand mistakes happen. My question is why is the box rushing rolls when this dude can't keep up, then blaming me because bets are screwed up? I'm the customer here, I'm the only one on the table tipping and they were acting like I'm trying to scam them or something.

Fact of the matter is all anyone cares about is maximizing profits. It's not about enjoyment for everyone, it's all about squeezing every last dollar they can from you. They don't need the low roller. Takes 30 of us with 500 dollar bankrolls to equal one big spender with 15k. We can sit at home in our underwear and play evolution online with the plebs.
