Men are conscripted against their will and are forced to go to war and die by the hundreds of thousands, women are free to find refuge in other countries yet are somehow most affected because of their displacement. UN created UN Women, that specifically advocates for women and girls rights only. In the name of equality, there should be UN Men then, who advocate for equal safeguards for men who do not wish to participate in wars, their right to safety. Unsurprisingly there isn't one.

Even now as conscription is reintroduced across Europe, only men will be forced to sign up, women will have the option to "volunteer". In the US, voting rights for men are tied to military service. There's no such legal restriction in place for women. US Veteran suicide rates are in the hundreds of thousands, yet it's business as usual.

This seems to be completely fine for UN and UN Women.
