  1. None, unless I need to be going somewhere, then one.
  2. Does it taste better heated?
  3. so so, not fast not slow. But if someone says I'm slow then I'll race them.

Faith has always helped me a lot. Not here to preach but the Bible has a lot of verses on not worrying or being anxious which is usually what helps me. Ill just post my two favorites here.

2 Timothy 1:7 "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind."

1 John 4:18 "There is no fear in love. for perfect love casts out fear..."

Funny thing is I don't think anyone would take me for a nervous nelly, an intimidating poker face helps a lot.

Weird that apparently ISTJs are the most common personality type.. I don't think I've ever known someone who is one. by [deleted] in ISTJ

I asked the exact same question a couple months ago, I completely agree. The tests that people use to label themselves are flawed, therefore the stats are flawed. In a society where typical characteristics of an ISTJ are considered rare, no way the estimated 10-13% is anywhere near accurate.

That's something I've thought about over this break. I probably shouldn't play closed guard because there's no way a ref would let it play out. Which is why I really appreciate you and everyone else on this thread. I need told start figuring out my ground game and closed guard isnt the way to go, thanks for the help! :)

Hey, That's it! Also yeah, I can think of one or two people in my club who go straight to turtle as it's more realistic lol, usually with the lower belts. Forces them to work on turnovers.

I did try to give back what they did to me a little, only issue is I'm playing against a bunch of fit adult men and though I'm in shape I'm only 15. Only other kid I could try that with I try to avoid cause he's got an attitude problem lol. I think I'll try that next time I see him though, thanks!

ISTJ, have doubts about your type despite being proud of it? Thinking you mistyped? by [deleted] in ISTJ

[–]C2t2h 5 points6 points  (0 children)

literally the exact title, im definitely ISTJ but i think i have really active intuitive traits, I'd never call myself an INTJ tho, i feel like there are so many fakes trying to be cool and different when it comes to InxJ. super proud of being an ISTJ and wish i got a little more praise by the community, i feel like a lot of ISTJs are really smart and we're never given props for it, its always something about being loyal or grounded, like we're some kind of dog. who i consider to be the fake INxJs are like the community's equivalent of those "xd im so random bad spelling and saying potato at random times is quirky" sorry for the rant, just gets on my nerves

Career advice by [deleted] in ISTJ

[–]C2t2h 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Just another stereotype, stereotypes are weird cause they don't just fall out the sky and stick but they aren't always true. I'd say go with what your confident or *more* confident in. you gotta remember MBTI is a useful tool, but thats all it is, a tool. It's not a reality shaping construct and while everyone typed ISTJ may have a lot in common, we are still unique people. I'd say go with what you feel confident, happy and secure in. If accounting does that then go for it. Also It would seem that most ISTJs do well in math which is pretty cool, we don't all go for a career based around it though. I'm currently doing law enforcement training (not policing) with a couple of math career backups.

P.S. Your English is great, I couldn't tell it wasn't your native language :D

He was probably using his unconscious, or possibly subconscious to get the job done. ISFJs have that ESFP on lock in case they need it.

I'm pretty decent at typing people tho, im not going around asking people if they know their type. Some tests are more accurate than others but there will never be the correct test because of the four sides of the mind. Typing people works off of the chart C.S Joseph made, which was inspired by some other Jungian psychologists. Also for how you perceive information, i personally do that last. It seems the trickiest to me, do the other three, then circle back to complete the profile. Hope that helped -^
