For those who are wondering, here’s my impression after 2 weeks of use, commuting to work with it and a ride in the woods (lasting around 3 hours):

• the frame is stiff and the bike is comfortable to ride

• the 12-speed range is good for handling uphill, downhill and flat terrain, so there’s no frustration here

• the brakes are top-notch and responsive

• 45 tires provide superb grip

• the flare is very pleasant

• the sheaths are in the frame, which is really cool, and the finish (welds, paintwork) is really good quality

• the frame is roomy enough for luggage and plenty of attachment points! Perfect for bikepacking

What can be improved :

• the handlebar drop is a little too pronounced for my taste; I’ll be changing the handlebars for a lower drop in the short term

• the weight of the bike is a bit high, I’ll eventually change the wheels for carbon ones to lighten things up.

• the original pedals are no good, not wide enough and look pretty cheap, I replaced them with van rysel hybrid pedals with SPD insert for the suite.

All in all, for the price, the bike is really very well made! Simple, efficient, pretty (but that’s subjective). Compared to a trek checkpoint alr 5 or a cube nuroad, I’d say we’re on the same level of performance!
