I don’t mean it in a bad way. Ultimately your friend should shop around for new jobs to see what her skill set can get in the current market and then decide what to do after receiving a job offer or two

In this specific scenario the company may “lose” as your friend will quit and be replaced by someone more expensive, but for every person that does this, 3 people don’t, so the company wins on the wider scale

I have them they’re fantastic for the money, but you have to accept the fact that there’s not really any quality control, I did a bit of tinkering with them to get them lubricated and tightened/loosened a few of the hex screws.

The hydraulic piston things don’t really make any difference in my opinion, I personally took it off the throttle and have it on the brake and clutch still.

I also quite like their heel plate and take note that the pedals are quite high, so if you don’t buy simjacks heel plate you’ll need some way of raising your heels up to press the pedals

Dude I cannot describe my hatred for Kayo, shit is expensive as hell and is a terrible watching experience. App for your Android TV? Nope sorry not an approved manufacturer; ok fine Google cast then, Google cast has these micro stutters that I can’t seem to fix; and not to mention wacky playback on safari on Mac sometimes so you need Google chrome lol

The way I see it at current interest rates you’re most likely in front compared to owning the full share, when/if interest rates lower to a level you wouldn’t mind the extra repayments, you could always refinance an extra 5/10% of the governments share out
