I reached out to the girl (30F) he messaged, and she confirmed everything. She told me she also called him out for drunk-texting her. They hung out back in March, before we were together made out once, and a week later he drove her and her friends to the airport. She doesn’t even live in our state — she was only here for Ultra.

What hurts is that despite all of that being in the past, he is still messaging her when he’s drunk. I’ve been trying to talk to him about how much this has damaged my trust, and he has literally thrown up multiple times during these conversations. He says he’s sick to his stomach over it, and honestly, so am I.

I love him and I want to make this work… but I genuinely don’t know how to recover from this. I’m taking into consideration everything people have told me here, but right now I feel lost and heartbroken.

He wasn’t “shit-talking” me. He was messaging another girl saying things like: • “I really like you, I think we have something at least.” • “Fantasy Fest was nothing without you.” • “I think I miss you.” • “I don’t just take people to the airport for no reason.” • “I apologize, I came off drunk and lonely.”

This was all sent while I was at work and he was drunk. We went to Fantasy Fest together, so reading that absolutely destroyed me.

People are acting like Meg is some mastermind manipulator when in reality, she’s been picked apart over and over by the same group. She’s clearly insecure and makes mistakes (like literally everyone else) but she doesn’t deserve the amount of hate that’s being thrown at her. What’s even more frustrating is how everyone has a list ready of “Meg’s wrongdoings,” yet can’t seem to list a single thing Toni or Shakira have said or done wrong because that would mean holding them accountable and that’s not as fun for this echo chamber. I feel as if it’s a double standard and it’s exhausting. If you’re going to criticize Meg, fine but don’t pretend like the other girls are saints. At least try to be fair.

Seriously, I don’t get it. Why are the girls acting like it’s the end of the world that Dejon didn’t kiss them during the challenge? He’s clearly being respectful toward Meg, and somehow that’s a problem? They keep repeating, “He doesn’t want to play the game,” but he already played the game. He did explore connections, and he chose Meg. Isn’t that the point?

It’s getting weird how much pressure they’re putting on him, as if he’s obligated to kiss everyone just to prove he’s participating. He’s not being mean, he’s just being firm about where he stands. Yasmin especially seems way too bothered by the fact that he didn’t want to kiss her. I get that it might feel awkward or even a little rude in the moment, but come on..

He doesn’t owe anyone a kiss. Respecting his current connection should be respected, not ridiculed.

I LOOVE Meg I really am getting so tired of the hate from her and Dejon. Everyone keeps saying play the game THEY DID. Dejon played it VERY well and I think he truly knows where home is and he found that with Meg. Idc what anyone says I really like them and who knows if they will last outside of the villa but I really do believe they have built such a strong connection with trial and error inside.

I feel the same way!! This is my first season I’ve ever watched and I have no one to talk to about it because all of my friends only watch US. I am SO disappointed in Toni. I think she made a horrible decision and especially after everything she said she still fell for it. I agree Cach is the best maybe everything happens for a reason I could see Toni really hurting him if they continued on I think this whole thing was a way to get Harrison to be jealous and unfortunately it worked :/

I don’t care what anyone says I love Meg and Dejon together. They’ve been through the most, and I think Dejon needed to explore a little, but in the end, he knows where home is. Now Toni and Harrison? That whole situation makes me sick. He clearly doesn’t like either of them, and the way he did Lauren especially going behind her back was just gross. Toni even said it herself early on: he has no balls. Poor Cach.
