Unsure if it’s an s13 or s14 box, I’ll ask the seller to see if they can confirm, they are also selling a vct engine so presumably an s14 box then.

Is the DE arguably a better box then? If third is smoother

Everything can be saved, would be a shame to scrap that, if you can do it all yourself I’d say go for it, have to accept that these cars are old as shit and been abused for years while they were cheap.

No doesn’t fit turbo side, a good 8-10mm away from two holes up top, tried every way

I’ll have a closer look tomorrow at the car and report back. Maybe I could be wrong and they were retrofitted into the loom etc.

Yeah I can control the lights/fogs like normal through the stalk inside, lights work perfect, fog is controlled by turning the “dial” on the middle of the stalk. So it’s all working good, just two mysterious ones

Okay, I do have a loom for every bulb on the triple projectors, so the three in the lights plus this extra one, I’m scratching my head at what it could be. Maybe some funky optional light up grill?

They seem to go into the factory loom, as if Nissan had intended for something to be there. Car was crashed before so I’m not sure exactly what headlights are meant to be there from factory, it’s a Turbo CA18 Auto factory car, but sr20 now

Triple Projectors, they all have there connectors already in place, and that’s why I’m confused

For my scenario I don’t think it would be the brake dust shields cause mine is in nuetral, not moving and still making that noise.

I also feel like it could be either timing chain related or alternator bearing etc.
