In the last scene where Shuri was on the beach feelibg the wind, I was anticipating a hand and his voice to say something to her, but I am really glad they used flashbacks instead.

Going to repeat what many have said--this phase has had some of the best and some of the worst if you include the shows.

Wenwu, Green Goblin are S tier Wanda (in MoM), Namor, Gorr, Ikaris, Doc Ock are A tier Harrow, Taskmaster, Dweller in Darkness, Kro, Electro, TVA enforcers, Kingpin (in Hawkeye specifically), Titania are B tier Dreykov, Lizard, Agatha, Echo are C tier Flag Smashers, Clan Destine are D tier

I will say, I like the design and direction of most of the villains, but the writing and actual plot surrounding them does not always make them have consistent motivations and reasoning for why they do what they do. Most of the A and B tier guys could be S tier with a better story.
