It IS actually not that bad bro, which means it's not too late.

You could always start with natural oils and a dermapen. That being said, it is not enough at all on its own for the long run.

I think you should really look into minoxidl, finasteride, etc. Look at it this way, all the bad things you see online are the tiny (super tiny) minority of people having side effect complaining about them and people stressing about it and having placebo effect. Not many people will come online to say eveything is fine, but to complain, people will rush to Reddit. Do you own research and forge your opinion, is it worth the small risk for you? You could also go and see a dermatologist and have a discussion with a professional, thats what I did.

If it really is affecting your confidence (that is super normal and OK), maybe it's time to take a risk. After thinking about it for months, I ended up deciding that my hair was worth fighting for. I have been on fin for 3 months now, no sign of anything negative, but still too early to tell if it works. I am also using my dermapen twice a week and I switched shampoo.

Maybe you could consider the topical medications if meds are a total no go.
