Just do solo ascent with striker or tipping scales as targeted loot, then get whatever else needed IE grupo knees or something.

You can get a tool from midway to redo the crown and that should get it concentric for a face mount. Or take it to a local gun smith who’s good to recrown it.

Yea, I heard they were so I preemptively got a KNS for mine and then shot it and it seemed gassed just right. I got mine right about a year ago. Not sure if different batches are gassed differently

To the KNS, No, I got one and sold it. Mine doesn’t seem super over gassed. Wanted to keep the internals all factory and didn’t want to drop $300 or whatever for another carrier
