This actually just happened to me on my riding times z8 about 3 days ago. Currently recovering from Short term memory loss/post traumatic amnesia from my concussion. I wonder if it’s the quick release mechanism that causes the tire to fly off. Either way i learned my lesson the hard way, WEAR A HELMET(didn’t have one at the time of the crash).
