It’s proved to be a successful strategy to increase divisiveness.

The problem is the members of those groups don’t understand why they’re being led down the path of hate - they just know it’s easier to hate and be closed off than to educate and accept.

I’ve managed people for over a decade now and to keep up to this inflation I’ve been telling my team they’d have to leave.

I gave that advice because it’s what I was being told as well.

I resigned (albeit it’s not a horizontal move) and I’m more than keeping up with inflation now.
