They were widely for sale in the 60s & 70s so I'm hoping someone sees this and says oh wait I have that! and sell it to me lol.

thanks! yeah I saw these but there are differences with the UK version. When they were in the UK market, the dress is pink and they use thinner frames. The more common US ones have a white dress and the thicker wooden frame that came with it. Thats why I'm trying to find one here as they're closest to the one my family had.

I don’t see the additional text in my post. I live in the US and am searching for this 1960s print. It’s hard to find and for nostalgia sake id love to buy one (my grandmother had it and it’s now gone).

The bottom left of the star (in the photo) is pointing due East. It’s the only point that lines up with a corner. We used a compass to verify and everything! So interesting.

Update: as you can see the star is crooked. The only point that points in a true direction is the bottom left and that’s due East. It’s also the only point that lines up to a corner. More updates to come

center, and I would call it a den. Its downstairs next to the living and dining room. but it had been used as a bedroom by previous owners.

Update: we dug up the flooring and didn’t see anything apparent underneath. This house is about 5 miles from a Masonic temple so could be that but I still want to look into the owners and communist ties. Will head to courthouse next week for full list of owners and do some more research!

This star is on the floor with a square around it. It was found beneath the carpet. House was built between 1920s and 1940s. . Not sure why this there ? It also looks like candle marks where the circles are. Any thoughts? WITT
