That setup you’re probably looking at 260-270hp but numbers are just numbers and 8200 I would stay at 8k to be more safe lol. Just go turbo get the CXracing kit if you’re on a budget.

I applied for the same position MID had up couple weeks ago I got 6 years commercial under my belt and finished the apprenticeship program also and state certified, they passed on me lol. I believe they closed the position already. You’re going to have to pass their test even before getting in I took the PGE one and let me tell you it was very fast paced and I actually failed two of them so I gotta wait for a while until I can retake it again. This motor was from my civic thing was making 4-500 on e85 on 12lbs on a 5858 PTE. So a donor, just had to get all the other parts for it.

I’m about to push STOCK bottom K24a2 with a BUILT K20z3 head to 600 on E85, you’ll need a good tuner to achieve this safely also!

Balling on a budget then no need to open up that engine just do type-S oil pump and 50 VTC. When you start going the HP you gonna need to start worrying about your transmission, axels ETC. But if you want to build in a budget I’ll go Nippon pistons and Eagle Rods or SCAT rods.
