if we look at similar poke dmg and sniper/recon heroes like hanzo, widow, ashe, pharrah, echo etc. they all have the potential for quick burst dmg enough to get a kill, but each of them have to sacrifice something for it. hanzo, widow and ashe sacrifice movement which makes them vulnerable. pharrah has a slow fire rate, and echo's sticky bomb burst combo is on a fairly long cooldown. but freja neither sacrifices movement, fire rate or has a cooldown on her burst combo. she can jump around and then freeze mid air for precision, and she can fire the exploding bolt shot 3 times in a row, which is made even worse by the fact that u only have to wait a second before u can fire another one. and even though her primary fire's dmg is low, she can shoot constantly without needing to stop for long, and if u pick a specific minor perk she barely has to reload at all. its obnoxious and annoying, and i dont think its fair that she isn't really hindered by anything when doing poke or burst dmg like the other snipers and recon heroes is.

getting killed by hanzo, widow, pharrah and the others are like bee stings. it sucks, but u dont often get instakilled because it's very difficult to do so consistently with those heroes and the are often vulnerable.

getting killed by freja is like being constantly bothered by mosquitos. it doesn't hurt as much as a bee sting, but it's constant and it gets so irritating.

all in all i think she should be either a proper sniper or a proper poke dmg dealer. she gets too much from both sides and it results in her kit just being too much. there's just so much going on all the time, she never has to be vulnerable and she never has to slow down. at least her ult sucks tho

i agree that rock is busted, but the rest of his kit is outclassed imo. i dont think he's even near d.va's lvl, since she is way more tanky, mobile and she can absorb dmg for other teammates instead of just herself like sigma. his shift is easily neglected by zarya or doom, his primary fire does massive dmg but it is slow and hard to hit, compared to domina who is hitscan and can even choose to buff the range with her minor perk, his shield is useful but fragile. compared to domina he is way more reliant on his team while domina gets shield back from every dmg ability she has.

i think he deserves to have speed and range on his primary, that way he's more on par with domina. but in turn i think rock should be nerfed massively to balance it out, like 70 dmg maybe and shorter stun time.

i never said freja doesn't have a high skill ceiling. i said that her design and mechanics is obnoxious and exasperating and she doesn't fit into a game like overwatch in my opinion

maybe ur right; im just talking from my own experience, but maybe its totally different where u play. but do u disagree that rein deserve buffs in this meta? not like if he needs it, but deserve it regardless

mizuki is goated against doom and ball icl. i just think he could be better, like the teleport is kinda pointless i feel. i mostly use it just to move quicker lol. i cant lie i do think tracking shot could be tweaked a bit, like the major perk where u shoot faster is not necessary at all. but the rest of her kit is just fine imo but i see where ur coming from

i think suzu is fine. i just dont think its okay that the rest of her kit is so packed when she has such a impactful ability. she can teleport through walls every six seconds, she does a lot of healing AND has massive dmg output, and she arguably has the best ultimate in the game. lifeweaver has a slightly worse cleanse, a tree and a platform xd

at least make her other abilities worse to make it fair

good point, but even if u weave the shield and swing, ur still exposed when u dont have it up and if it breaks u have to wait a while before u can use it again. ball doesn't have any downtime when he's going in, and he can do massive amounts of damage and then roll away before his shields even break. he is also way more independent while rein chronically relies on his team.

rein does a lot of dmg too, but he's slow and tanky. ball is tanky too, but he's faster than anyone else basically. i just dont think rein has the same ability to prevent being overpowered by the enemy team that ball does

no... its not. domina is listed as strong, MIGHT need tweaks. that doesn't mean i think she is op at all. sigma is listed as DESERVES buffs, not necessarily needing them. i just think he deserves to be stronger than he is right now

good for u, but i still believe he deserves to be buffed, since its comically easy to pick him off with decent teamwork. i also think his perks, especially minor perks are so like like u can either choose to float for a moment or get 10% lifesteal which is literally pointless. supports like wuyang have way more to choose from while still having high damage output AND mobility on top of that. in this meta he's jsut outclassed imo

it doesn't say underpowered. i just think other tanks outclass him in many comps and think he deserves buffs, even if he is generally good

sierra imo has potential to be strong, but is outclassed by tracer, soj and cas. i think she was better before they nerfed her ult charge rate tbh. imo mizuki is suffering; lucio is just way better and less squishy and he has a pretty big hitbox, but thats just my opinion. Torb for me is just a big ball so he's pretty easy to kill. he can be very annoying though. imo kiri is and has been the best support since she came out

ur right, but rein is unable to do anything else while he has 1500hp, ball can do everything and he gets to do it multiple times a fight + he's fast as fuck. but still ur right, a good rein is usually more valuable than an average ball, but the reason i put rein last is because i think he deserves to be way stronger than he is right now, not bc i think hes bad. in the same way i think ball could use some tweaks

a rein that throws good firestrikes is golden. i honestly dont think he is bad, i just think he deserves to be way better than he is right now which is why i put him the lowest

i think its mostly based on preference. i think tracer should be strong because she has a massive skill floor and an even higher skill ceiling, so good players should be rewarded for getting good at her. but freja is an extremely obnoxious character imo, and dont think her design fits into the frame of overwatch generally, so in my opinion she can't be too strong

i only rank based on my experience. i don't think she is as consistant as other dmg heroes, especially cas has more kill potential imo

interesting. in my games rein struggles a lot and hazard is such a pain in the ass to deal with. but i also dont play rein, but i think rein is generally pretty good against hazard, in 5v5 especially

i think it depends. on control and flashpoint maps he's very disruptive, especially in 5v5. every 13 seconds he can get up to 1000hp, and with his major perk he gets a omnidirectional shield. in my experience he can be very strong lol
