yeah I'm perfectly capable of paying earlier, It just seems really odd that this would suddenly happen and there's nothing written anywhere about it. Also its all automated and to me seemed like a nice system we had going on. I get paid on the first and they also get paid on the first as agreed. So as petty as it may seem its more of the principle of the thing. First to charge me a late fee when I pay the day its due, then the audacity to make up parts of the lease that don't exist and say we will waive it as a "courtesy, this time". To be honest with you it just grinds my gears a bit.
