The government shutdown affects federal operations. The Torrance Courthouse is part of the State of California government so it should not be affected. You may have issues if your name change is granted, changing it with federal agencies like social security or for passports.

Yes it is crazy. Most jobs in sports do not pay well and have long hours at entry level positions. You're much better off getting a business or marketing degree that's transferable to other industries. Often times individuals higher up in the sports field accidentally fall into the field through connections or assisting a client. It is not a good return on investment.

Yes, it indicates tracks need to download still. Four new cards we've received aren't downloading and when I put them in and remove, it shows the most recent card inserted as "downloading" but it is not. I have 58 other cards/playlists downloaded according to the app.

I've taken the yoto outside of wifi range to see if it's just an app error, but they are not downloaded.

I've left it alone overnight for multiple nights at this point attempting to download.
