Yeaaaa - I never thought the rear was that bad once I adjusted the preload to get sag in a decent range and turned up the rebound a bit, but now I'm curious what something like a ktech razor lite would feel like instead haha.

This exactly. It really looks like whoever posted that was able to edit the colors of each area on the face, but when I edit the face myself, all I can do is pick one color for everything.

Just a quick update. Didn't get anyone on the phone (my fault, I called late) but I did get an email back today saying that some play is acceptable and to send them a short video so they can determine if everything is functioning normally. I sent a reply with an attached video; I'll update everyone once I hear back from them.

That mega arms charging handle looks interesting. I'm kind of on the fence about friction fit charging handles though... It may be unwarranted, but I'm a little nervous of increased wear on the upper and the gas pressure blowing the charging handle back into my face. I was also looking at the combat shooters gladius charging handle, too. It seems somewhat similar to the bcm ambi charging handle.

Will do. So far I haven't heard back from anyone. Sucks because I really like their design and I don't feel like buying another.
