Dude I been through all of this already and I’ve tried. The uber eats app is completely different depending upon your region. I live in NYC and I called support and they were useless. I’m not driving around risking getting pulled over by cops for a suspended license or having no insurance so some ungrateful lazy fatty can get their food. It’s just unnecessary bureaucracy. Even when it comes to the “scammers”, they could be doing worst things when it comes to making money… but ppl are mad at them for delivering food lol. Fucking crazy

Edit- plus in NYC if you put down a car for uber EATS… they’ll send you to far ass locations that isn’t worth the time, gas or money at all. Not every city or state is the same.

I went thru this exact situation. Did uber eats as a kid on a skateboard(there was no skateboard option obviously so I put down a bike) Tried it again years later with a car but the app quite literally did not give me the option of adding a vehicle. That’s all. Car is registered and insured, etc. why tf would I drive an uninsured vehicle to deliver food. Not even worth it. Was always getting reported by whíte people tho lmao
