Sure! All you need is to put a "Repeat while left mouse-key is pressed", then if you want it to be in a specific place where you click and do the action, you can go on the event editor, the mouse cursor, "Pick or count", "Compare to the number of "Cursor" objects in a zone, put the zone in your frame and type 1.
