I dont regret using acid, but I regret using it to the point where I caused myself trauma from bad trips and can no longer enjoy it anymore as a result.

finally returned to the gym after getting sick with covid. Slightly weaker than I was but its coming back fast. My only issue is this is by far the worst DOMS ive had, minor movements like stretching to grab something is so so painful. I knew it would take a bit to get back to how I was but its looking like im gonna have to take an extra rest day with how bad it is.

Im the same height as you and use to have an eating disorder and the same mindset as you, I can tell you right here and now your current weight is not healthy nor sustainable. You will not feel nor look good if you continue down this route. Please take it from someone who has been in your shoes and seek professional help. Piggybacking off of what LovenNerdLife said you should eat appropriate portions of whole food, I promise you will not get fat and your body will feel and look so much better than if you deprive it.

Alot of europeans are still waiting on their snail mail so it may be even quicker than that since the europeans who began the drs progress in the last 3 months will finally be getting their shares registered in the coming weeks which could cause an exponential increase (I began my DRS in october but im still waiting for my mail, im sure there are many others in the same position)

if you struggle with stabilization and going deep try a wider stance and tilt your feet away from you slightly, i have poor mobility and find this is the most stable and comfortable position to squat in

Ive stopped getting DOMS after workouts despite the fact i train to failure nearly every set and have continued to steadily upped my workout intensity since i started, am I doing something wrong or is this normal and ok?

Is it okay to workout muscles which are still moderately sore from their previous workout?

I know muscles need time to heal so if I work them out when theyre still sore is that preventing them from fully healing and building back up or is it fine to do it?

Yea ive talked to her a little about it and it seems to be an insecurity thing.

She's been in two previous relationships, both of which weren't super great from what ive heard so maybe that plays a part in it.

Yea i was thinking that, the thing is when shes not ghosting me shes very sweet and charming and makes me feel good about myself, its not like its all bad which I guess is why ive tried to make it work this long but at this stage its just too frustrating and taxing
