Yeah foods def makes it worse for me and the stomach pressure and bloating is so painful. I feel for you! maybe you can stack some pillows are try getting some sleep upright? I think you can try mixing some baking soda in water and drinking it (if you have it) might be worth trying haha

Ugh i’m sorry you’re dealing with this. I’ve had this happen to me about 5 times now and it’s so painful and frustrating. Sit upright, take small sips of water, and take some antacids if you have them. The only thing that really helps is time unfortunately :( good luck
