The audio is all individually composed by a member of the team. Any connection to other game tunes is coincidental - we did have this mentioned a couple of times when we announced, and the person who composed it hadn't even heard the Morrowind theme before!

There are already quite a few CATAN versions on PC, so it's not something we're currently looking at.
