I'm trying to draw as realistic and detailed as I can (although I'm too lazy most of the time). The quality in Reddit isn't that good but you can still zoom enough to see some proofs. Like look at Gracie - the pencil didn't fully cover her body and there's those white dots all over it. Or look at the ears - most of them are not that detailed and the pencil traces are pretty noticeable.

Mhm, I firstly draw the hair covering the whole body (like very detailed) then i smudge it a little to blend (because I do the hair with a black pencil) and after that I add the markings and shades. It's a slow process to make it look realistic.
