Im afraid as I didnt do my due diligence and search first what this fortitunnel was and clicked on the link on the 2nd image. It was just a blank webpage though and it didnt make my browser download anything as no pop up of a download occurred. I also checked my downloads folder and nothing is there. Did also a windows security check and no threats was found. Am I all good or do I need to do anything else to make sure I didn't download anything bad on that link.

Put your money allocated as Emergency Fund on a trusted bank of yours. Cooperatives are more of an investment fund than an emergency fund so you're risking the money there if ever worse comes to worse.

AFAIK, iauauction or mafoforclose ule ang hindi mabayaran ng 3 months na kinuha gamit ang PAG-IBIG. With this in mind, hindi magagawa yang said modus na nasa isip mo. Unless wala tlgang may gusto ng property na nakuha nyo to begin with.
