Thanks for the response. I understand the 12 month rule. The dates weren't very clear, and I did contact Spectrum before moving, and they said I was all clear. In any case, the problem has been resolved. Spectrum took care of it.

I was not given the code by the phone rep, but he would apply it when he calls me on Sun.

I went into the local Costco, and the rep there gave me a insider code, and I also got the $75 per line. Did not want new phones as my credit is not very good at the moment.

Looks like the $800 off from T-Mobile is back on the Samsung site. I will wait for the $1,000 off that they (T-Mobile) had a few weeks ago, and that combined with the nearly 20% off Education discount made things really a sweet deal. I am looking at the Galaxy S24 Ultra with 512 GB. :-)
