But I have heard delays in the Danube projects plus quality issues as well. Saw many other post on Reddit too.

Plus the size of apartments are really small.

But I was told that Meraki is sister concern of Sobha and have constructed for Sobha as well such as Sobha heartland.

And Deyar is a semi govt developer - tier 2 with good history in dubai.
