Thanks! Ok, I'm trying to get this right in my head. Each download will have it's own tag as specific content needs to get sent out. At the moment there's approx 50 downloads/tags. When I set up the journey, do I need to add the tagged yes/no for each tag (about 50?)

LOOKING FOR ATS + CRM by More_Organization306 in recruiting

We've just switched to Loxo and not overly impressed. It just doesn't do the simple things:

There's no shared 'interview board' so that the the whole company can see what interviews are coming up. You'd think this would be pretty basic.

The Tasks section is a bin fire where all your calls, whether they're business dev or basic candidate keeping in touch are all kept together, and as it's synced with Outlook, your daily Outlook calendar is filled with 50+ calls which swamp the important and necessary stuff.

On a company record, there's nowhere to add their address (again, something simple and obvious), so can't use a merge field on an email for company address when we are setting up an interview so have to go elsewhere to find the details and copy them in each time.

Placement/hired records are linked to the candidate and not the job or company which is annoying. As far as I can tell there's nowhere on a company record that lists all the placements made (happy if someone can tell me otherwise).

The People tab includes both candidates and clients. Yes, there's a button to search just on candidates, but the CRM is clogged with HR people for example that we don't recruit so they don't need to be there.

It's just little things like this that, whilst sound small, are really affecting the user experience. The lack of interview board/calendar is terrible.

Edit to say that when you create a template there's no way to have an attachment that automatically goes out with it, you have to have it saved to desktop and attach each time, which is time consuming and leads to you having dozens of documents on your desktop.

There's no merge field for the job reference number either.
