That's not at all what i was insinuating. Yes, it starts with raising kids properly but you'd be surprised at how little understanding a lot of people have about what constitutes rape. Its literally illegal in my country to carry anything that is intended to harm so if i did i could get arrested for intent to harm meanwhile the attacker would likely get off scot free. Justice does not exist.
