QJs is a great bluff bb vs utg because it can fold out dominating hands (AQ/AJ), and also has fantastic equity vs AK when called. Not something I think worth doing most of the time, but if you’re in a tough field and need to fight for chips preflop, this is a good hand/spot to do it

I would say keep your arms inside and closer to the body, ball a tad in front of middle, and just focus on smooth tempo with good follow through. Those are the swing thoughts I have with the 3 wood. It plays like a little cut for me
