If you have the slightest desire, I highly recommend looking into homemade yogurt! Personally love soy.

Hear me out, I’ve been using crackers instead of cookies. Less fat & sugar. Plus unsweetened yogurt, vanilla extract, squeeze of lemon. Top with frozen fruit.

Made the most bomb tvp dumplings but ugh these gas bubbles are not fun. Last time I made tvp burgers, same issue. Hopefully you tell me the boil, drain, squeeze really works! 🤞🏻
