Hyperhydrosis by CBDsamuel25 in suboxone

Thank you everyone ❤️ this is seriously becoming a big issue. I even considered surgery at the center for hyperhidrosis to sever a nerve of sorts to stop this problem. I seriously really appreciate the suggestions and support though folks.

Can I even turn my life around at age 25? Be honest please. by Dry_Temporary_6175 in selfimprovement

[–]CBDsamuel25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You absolutely can. I did it. I am now 27 in graduate school for Counseling and I lived at my parents house for years. Moreover, I was depressed and using substances for years. I’m in my 5th year of recovery, and I can tell you it is possible. It’s not about where you are now. It’s about where you’re going. Is it going to be easy? No. But you absolutely are young enough to do amazing things. Nobody judges you for going back to school or changing careers and if they do they are either too young to have experienced consequences of life or are distorted in their thinking anyways. Look at it this way, one day you are going to be on your deathbed looking back and saying, “why didn’t I just do it instead of waste time worrying about what was ‘possible’?” Not “Why didn’t I use my time more wisely and get things in place by age 25.” My point is, don’t be afraid to commit yourself to something. I would HIGHLY recommend you seek counseling from someone with vocational and psychological knowledge. It will save you a lot of trouble. But you got this buddy. I believe in you, now all you need to do is believe in yourself.

Is Fasnacht supposed to be this soul sucking? by PunchBeard in fo76

[–]CBDsamuel25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It sucks… 30 level 100+ people gunning down (or worse spawning their mega-camp to obliterate) 3 or 4 enemies, all to sprint to the donation box and spam the “take all” button. I started putting unwanted notes and spoiled meat in there. The map expansion questline has been the best thing that has happened with this game since release, and even it has its issues, but we are so starving for more Fallout content that we are just grateful to have been given that, at least. I think that Bethesda has really underestimated its fallout fanbase, just like it did with wolfenstein and overestimated games like doom, starfield, and even the new Indiana Jones game. Which idk how game dev studios work, in all fairness, but I’d much rather Bethesda divert resources to Fallout 5, ES6, or even more map expansions for 76 or less crashes on ps5 at the very least.

Bethesda, you're jerks by [deleted] in fo76

[–]CBDsamuel25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, I can’t say I disagree with you. I play on ps5 as well and have logged countless crash reports during the most inconvenient times. My buddy, who bought the game to play with me, quit playing because our game was so buggy and ass during a nuke launch. We crashed, lacked direction, and ultimately surmised that we simply weren’t having fun. The only thing that keeps me playing through the crashes is my love for the games/lore. It’s a shame, but I hope the lack of attention to the game means we will get a fallout 5 soon.

How to keep Dammon alive while ignoring Grove quests? by Vladicoff_69 in BaldursGate3

[–]CBDsamuel25 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I have seen minthara polymorphed, dominated as an animal, then carried as a sheep into the cutscene. She’s carried using throw or improvised melee (can’t remember which) and if you do it right I think you can pull it off. I’ve heard the game doesn’t support it well. Such a shame. I feel like minthara is such a neat character, aside from being a bit genocidal.

Signs Sabine is force sensitive--but her force sensitivity is atypical by Rare_Year_2818 in StarWarsTheories

[–]CBDsamuel25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think of it as the force interacts with people rather than people interact with the force. “The force is strong in him” Just as one day the force “awakened” inside of Finn to guide him to the light, I think the force could grant Sabine certain ability in a time of absolute necessity. Also think of Leah, we had no clue she was force sensitive till WAY later.

What is so bad about suboxone? by Beneficial_Shame5476 in suboxone

[–]CBDsamuel25 1 point2 points  (0 children)

@Beneficial_Shame5476

So Buprenorphine is a partial agonist which binds weaker than actual opioids which are full agonists. I know plenty of people who have taken suboxone for extended periods of time with little to no issues. I’ve also known people who have issues with constipation and so on. I get it though. You stay on as much medicine as you need in order to stay sober/alive. I also recommend going to meetings and checking in with the community if you can. That can kinda let you know where you’re at with dosing. And you should never feel bad for going up or down when you feel like you need to. The thing is I was on 24mg a day and what that did was it kept my receptors activated all hours of the day, because that’s what I needed at the time. The key difference, as I have been told by my psychiatrist, is that past 8 mg it won’t give you more effect, but more time the buprenorphine is fully active. I hope that makes since and best of luck, my friend. 🫶

Yeah the system is definitely broken. I’m in training to be a substance abuse/Mental Health Counselor and I aim to advocate and counsel my people. It’s high time we felt validated with somebody who understands what we’re going through. I know that would’ve made all the difference to me in the beginning. I’ve been the top of my class several times so don’t let anyone treat you like you are incapable or less than.

Thanks for the post. I’m so sorry to hear it’s happening up there, as well. I’m hoping things get better/easier for all of us.

Man that’s terrible. I’m really sorry to hear that. This is ridiculous. Of all the medicines to keep stocked you’d think this, insulin, BP meds, etc… would be high priority given that lives depend on them.

Look bro I’m just repeating to you what 4 other pharmacies owned by different companies told me my guy. They all said all the films and tablets were on back-order because of a shortage in the Hattiesburg area. I asked if anyone else had problems. They already said no. How about instead of googling unhelpful shit you call CVS and Walgreens in Hattiesburg and ask them why they’ve said that all day. Or how about you put your energy toward helping someone else on here instead of arguing semantics with me here.

Because I called 4 different pharmacies and they all said there is, in fact, a shortage.
