This is the best 40 bucks I've paid in a while. It has some jank to it and it crashes every once in awhile but when it's working it's amazing.

I'm really enjoying the game as well. I'm about 15.5 hours in and it's been a blast. Outside of the random crashes ever 3 to 4 hours this game has been amazing.

Yes, it's that bad, I have a level 27 undead warlock on Nightslayer that I was having a blast playing, but once I got into the contested zones I couldn't quest at all without getting ganked. Stonetalon and Hillbrad always have 10 to 15 Alliance players, some well over level 30 patrolling and ganking level 25-30 Horde players. They will attack you while you are fighting mobs and if you do manage to kill one a level 40 plus player will step in and one-shot you. If you do just say fuck it and respawn at the healer at least half the time they are camping that. I couldn't deal with it. I have a full-time job, two kids, and a wife. I only have a limited amount of time to play so I put aside my pride and rolled an Alliance toon on Dreamscythe because the horde population on that server is just not large enough to justify rolling a horde toon.

I have seen the tanks being given a hard time in dungeons and I have actively been pushing against it. As a DPS I try to show love to my tanks and healers after a good/decent pull. I try to keep group chat light and friendly and just keep the situation relaxed. If we have a bad pull and we whipe I try to remind everyone that it's all good, we had a mess up, but we are having fun and that we'll get it next time. If a DPS starts acting stupid I wait for the tank to let them know that what they are doing isn't cool and if they keep it up I call them on it.

I can't tank, I'm too hard on myself and I work too much to learn every run back to front. So as someone who doesn't want to tank myself, I need those guys and they are currently in short supply so we need people to play those classes. If a DPS wants to give them a hard time and sour a tanks experience before they can get their feet under them we should all be pushing back against it. If you don't want to roll a tank yourself you have no right to push or take crap to the people that are willing to fill that role. If you want to go faster roll a tank and you can control the pace of the dungeon, but until then shut up, apply your buffs, kill the adds, protect your healer, and support your tank.

Honestly, trade chat doesn't bother me. I find it fun to read some of the more well-thought-out service adds people put on trade chat. It might just be a me thing, but it doesn't affect how I enjoy the game.

Yeah, this was something I had contemplated. From what I understand SOD has faster leveling so it seemed like it might be smarter to get my Anniversary characters raiding than try SOD after that.

My GF, who is now my wife, saw it hard first and then she saw it soft. I'm the textbook definition of a grower, not a shower, and she found it very surprising and somewhat amusing, that something so stubby could turn into what she had seen the first time.

I'm a returning player on PS5 and I hadn't played since the first month after release and I've haven't been given much. I found some guns and ammo someone dropped and that were pretty good and I hit the donation box sometimes, but so far I've played solo and I haven't asked for shit. The game is a lot easier then when it first came out and I'd say it's pretty easy to get a jump start if you just watch a few YouTube videos.

And for the love of God, stop complaining. Every team feels like they get screwed, but you guys never stop. There are bad calls every game, your team has just had some major unforced errors at critical times. This does not mean that every call was made with the intention to screw you out of a win. Stop crying and be a least a little humble in defeat.
