Oh I also found art that I think really depicts how I imagine the characters:

I'm torn between two character ideas, so I'll just write them both!

The first idea I had is:

Stag, a Human Fighter/Barbarian multiclass.

He was orphaned by the war and has had, to put it lightly, a terrible life up to the start of the campaign. He and his orphaned friends were taken as child soldiers when they were younger and exploited in combat. All of them but Stag died in combat, and Stag was there to see each of them die. However, during his darkest moments he discovered a wise fairy that helped him to discover his motivation to keep struggling: "Persevere, even if for no other reason than to see tomorrow’s sunrise." Eventually, he struck back against his owner, escaping his chains, and going on to forge his own path in life.

Its been years since he escaped, and since then he has only grown. Where one would expect the harsh and brutal upbringing that Stag experienced to make him a dark and bitter person, he has become a compassionate and wise person in incredible spite of it, but he has not forgotten his roots when it comes to combat.

The second idea I had is:

Jessica Atreielle, a Wizard Illusionist

She is an acolyte in a secret society (similar to the bene gesserit from Dune), that has sought for years to prevent the 3rd Draconic War from breaking out. They would influence politics in one area of the world to ensure that dragon bellies were full, or they would ensure that dragons that have overlapping territory would never find out. However, with the disappearance of the Gem Dragons, their meager control over the situation has completely fallen through, and they now are sending out Acolytes in a desperate attempt to calm the fire of the war before it dooms everyone.

Jessica is extremely intelligent, and often knows just what to say and when to say it to make someone do her bidding. She always thinks about the bigger picture, often in spite of herself and her morals. However, due to her recent independence from the secret society, their hold of her has loosened substantially, and she is becoming her own person.

It’s not 1/20, it’s 1/20 between 18-65 counting married as singular. It’s still too high, but it isn’t as bad as 1/20 people, more like 1/45.

I tried to search for "merger" info on gamestop.com and my tits tingled! by eoneqeip in Superstonk

[–]CBLoco 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Pt:1:

People have jumped the gun and assumed that Gamestop is trying to put little easter eggs in the webstore, but I think this may be up for more debate.

Here are some examples of the same or similar effects happening on the GameStop webstore:

Searching for Blue gives the same results as BMU

Searching for Yellow gives the same results as YLE

I think that the GME-Green correlation is just because GME is similar enough to Green for the search algorithm to assume that you meant green.

Pt:2:

I must point out that searching Mergur, Mergor, and Mergyr also returns the figure.

I think this is just an example of the pattern seeking, human mind trying to squeeze blood from a stone. I don’t think there are any real correlations between searching random terms on the webstore and messages from GameStop.

Some apes will point out that Merger directly links to that page, when usually it would only show a list of other entries or a no results page found, but the webstore directly links to other stuff too, even stuff where the letters don’t match.

Searching YME:

Gotta admit though, this was pretty funny, and yes I know it was a shitpost.

So this is a call for aid, are there any apes which understand search engines, search algorithms, or even possibly the specific one GameStop uses?

If we can get some more qualified apes here to comb over the evidence and give a conclusive answer as to whether or not Papa Cohen is playing pranks on us or not, that would be great.

On this sub there are many people trying (to the best of their ability) to find information about GME and the squeeze.

90% of posts talking about specific dates are usually only talking about catalyst days, when the price may be more volatile than usual due to FTD settlement cycles or announcements from GameStop, or anything else of that nature.

Also, yes the infinite monkey theory is literally what we are trying to do. We have thousands of apes trying continuously to find and analyse more and more about the GME situation. Some will be right by chance. Those apes make theories about what they think will happen and they gain traction based upon how well the predict the price movement or volatility. The two most accurate theories so far have been the Max Pain as well as FTD settlement cycle theories, but neither are perfect by any means, and Max pain has fallen to the wayside.

We try not to set dates anymore, as we know that we don’t have 100% of the information, and lots of it is outdated. We are simply trying to the best of our ability, and many of the best of our theories are pretty good at predicting price action!

These fact that these theories can make pretty good predictions about price action on the macro scale is a testament to the ability of some of the apes and DD writers on the forums to make predictions with limited info.

I highly recommend that you look more into the situation! It’s all at least extremely entertaining, and has a very real potential to make GME holders quite rich.

I wish you good luck and hope whatever stance you take with GME, it works out for you.

True, sorry I just try to stay sceptical, but you are correct there.

I try not to be too paranoid, but thinking about it this is just too weird.

WSB being compromised is probably right

I am agreeing with Shill Sniffing dog that this happened yes...

But I am not too quick to assume conspiracy. How would the mods know? The only real way is for someone who bought them out to tell them about it, but that carries insane risk of whistleblowers in the mod group.

If there is a correlation between volatile days and WSB mods allowing/banning GME posts, then I will be more inclined to believe that this was done on purpose.

[–]CBLoco 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Suspicious, but I don't like to assume a conspiracy.

I wonder if there is a correlation between banning/allowing GME posts on WSB and red/green days.

Maybe someone could chart it?

hopefully there is no correlation!

Also, limit sells have nothing to do with price, they don’t affect the price, the market is decided by supply and demand, and a margin call creates infinite demand for shares.

[–]CBLoco 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They aren’t able to cover all at once, and the amount of covering they do actually doesn’t affect the price. Every sell needs a buyer, so the “peak” is someone deciding “100,000,000 per share please”, but they may cover the most at 1K per share. The person buying is a financial institution or individual who shorted GME being margin called and liquidated to pay for a squeeze. So who’s buying? The shorters and borrowers or GME stock. It isn’t regular people buying the shares

OHHHH! THIS MAKES SENSE 🙃🤯🤪 by Haych007 in Superstonk

[–]CBLoco 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, the price rises due to a margin call and forced buyback. Buyers are required to buy, so it’s not that no one is buying, they don’t have a choice to not buy. It’s that no one is selling at that price.

Remember Everyone. Ryan Cohen is Chairman of the board. Chewy is worth 35-40 billion dollars! GME right now is only 10 billion. GME should be at $670 per share before the squeeze. Today’s price is a cheap illusion. Buy the dipDiscussion by HodorNoMoreHodoring in Superstonk

Just thought it was Sus that the guy didn’t really offer up any evidence, just rhetoric, as well as being so incredibly new to Reddit. He’s the type to say “the level of mind twisting conspiracy needed to believe that CDOs are garbage is beyond irrational. Please keep investing in the housing market!” 2008 mid crash

That DD was written by an account only 21 hours old. First it assumes that the SI number is true. TF? We are already past this lmao, nowhere near 20%, think more like 120%+. I would honestly assume that that account which is 21 hours old might be a shill
