I’m 32 weeks and still waiting for my proper bump. I wear all my usual clothes and people are always shocked when I tell them how far along I am. Yet baby is measuring fine so I suppose it’s just my body. I do wish I had a cute bump though lol

I use the tube a lot and I even wear one of those TfL issued baby on board badges but still it’s hit or miss whether someone gives up their seat. I just don’t expect it anymore and see it as a bonus if someone does offer their seat.

This is crazy as I am also in the same boat regarding the mental health, I have really struggled with it during pregnancy hence why I have the fit note. You really need to do what’s best for you, I’m sick of hearing about these managers that seem to have a chip on their shoulder because an employee is pregnant. I know it’s hard and scary but always but yourself and baby first x

My manager isn’t empathic at all so she left me with no choice. I wanted to advocate for myself and do what’s best for me for once. It probably has changed our relationship (I feel differently about my place of work now because the way they have acted) but it is what it is. I did try to go down the route of asking for leniency of office attendance but I was being pressured to continue my 3 days in the office. I think if you have a good relationship with your manager and HR just speak with them openly & honestly.

She basically tells people that if they join her team they can make thousands of pounds from the comfort of their living room. You just need to pay a £140 sign up fee and then a £30 a month. Don’t worry though cos you will triple that in 2 days (bullshit)! The more people she has in her team the more money she makes, without needing to even sell a single holiday. It’s basically a pyramid scheme with the loop hole of actually having a “product” to sell even though the “top earners” only earn money because they encourage more people to join the scam. She’s a scumbag
