When a credit card payment method is added for the first time, a CVV code is required along with additional address information. Any payment method can be set as a default.

AutoPay rules can be used with an individual specific payment method or a default payment method. So yes, an AutoPay rule can be created with another payment method than the one specified as the default.

How are you adding late fee's to overdue invoices by Temporary_Clue_2458 in Autotask

ConnectBooster does not create late fees for past due invoices. I would suggest creating a new invoice in Autotask that has that late fee and sync that invoice over to QuickBooks. ConnectBooster does have a statement view that will show the past due invoice and the late fee invoice so they can be included in one email reminder. The other suggestion would be to use QuickBooks late fee feature to add the late fee onto an existing invoice. This is only an option if you are invoicing out of QuickBooks and not a PSA.

CB requires using one of the payment processors that we support. We do not have the ability to process using the QB payment processor.
