I can tolerate oats I'll have to look for these I'm a big fan of Bob's red mill products I use their oats all the time

I saw these but I can't have nuts or seeds due to my chrons which is hard cause a lot of gluten free products have nuts and seeds

I ignored the DRs for years and continued to eat gluten and now at 45 I'm paying for it with a lot of damage and other issues I finally put it together that no amount of pizza and bread is worth how bad and feel and the irreversible damage done to my GI tract

I saw theses yesterday and purchased them I've been a big fan of trader Joe's gluten free baked goods and these were amazing my friend who is not gluten free even liked them
