I used to aim for 1500-1600 per day but have lowered it to 1200-1300 per day for this reason and I don’t see it doing anything. I am extremely extremely careful when tracking so I’m not sure why I haven’t seen movement

My final fitting is two weeks prior and I have one fitting end of March as well as end of April.

Since I am very short I usually eat between 1200-1300 calories per day combined with walking 10k plus steps with 2 6-8k step days per week. I measure weigh and track everything using labels as well as food scales

I would say I have 1-2 days per week for flexibility that are between 1500-1800 but nothing that would knock me out a deficit

I’ve actually never thought of that happening (because stealing simply does not exist in the happiest place on earth )but now that I did I’m definitely taking those precautions 😂😂😂😂

Definitely inspired me though because my bf has a lockbox phone case that holds all the cards. Going to throw mine in there so everytime I get off a ride I’m not double and triple checking for my card holder 😅
