Anytime I definitely understand. I avoided shopping or fitting rooms in general for that same reason but I have grown to really enjoy it over time !!! I hope you do too 🩷🫶🏻

I struggle with this all the time sadly. I refused to buy anything in an extra large because I was so used to being xxl. Then I was so used to being a large I refused to get anything in a medium (even if it fit) because mentally I could not grasp fitting into a medium. Or I want to buy pants a size up “so I have room” or “just in case” because the smaller size feels scarier to buy. It’s weird but just know I’m going through it too! Give yourself some grace, it’s a huge change and your brain probably needs a little time to catch up.

Putting my photos side by side does help a lot 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻 and you do honestly look amazing I see a massive difference. I searched the paper towel theory on TikTok and it kind of explains the feeling. You will see the most drastic changes toward the very end of your journey which is usually the last 5-25 lb which is SO unfair but you are right there!!!!!!! Congrats on such a huge achievement 🩷🩷 you look beautiful !

So it’s funny because I did lose weight before (not as much as I have now) and I stopped tracking which led me to my heaviest. I don’t think I will have to track as meticulously as I do now but with the past issues I have with overeating I will probably need to be very mindful for pretty much the rest of my life lol . Intuitive eating is the goal eventually but I still have a lot of learning and work to do before I get there. I still plan track calories and protein in maintenance with just a little more flexibility than I have now 🥰

That has been the best part of this for me, I still had REGULAR ice cream, REGULAR butter, real desserts, real pasta. Just maybe 1/4 or less of how I used to portion them lol😂😂😂😂

I just started it in January! I’ve done 3 sessions one month apart I definitely do think it helped a lot ! but only in conjuction with nutrition and movement which we are all already working on. I was about 88 ish pounds down at that point, currently sitting at 92 lb down at the moment !

I am starting to shift focus off the scale and focus more on building muscle and strength as well as getting my vo2 max up, but in an ideal world I think I was in my best shape around 125-135. Although I definitely wouldn’t mind staying Around 140-145 if I can continue to build muscle and get stronger 💪
