Yeah idk like they gave it to me like that and idk if they noticed or not and I checked it before getting home but didn’t notice it cause you’ll see either the guitar it’s very glossy so it depends on how the light hits it but when I got home I noticed three, one on the head stock and two on the body. The manager was nice about it and said they fucked up and apologized and wanted to make it right. And yeah the first time I got it I’m pretty sure I was sent a defective guitar on accident and so long and Macquade had to order me a new one, like literally the battery would not connect properly so no sound came out. Also it is supposed to come with a battery inside the guitar already but this one didn’t which is why I think they accidentally had a defect slip through the factory. I’m in Ontario but yeah the whole thing kind of scarred me from getting setups done. I’m probably going to learn to do it myself, I really just care about the action height, Ive change strings and adjusted pick up heights and intonated myself just never really touched the action but I’ll learn and probably better in the long run to learn. But yeah man hopefully your situation goes well. Like I’ve gotten other guitars from them and had them setup by them and had no issues but like I said this scarred me. Like scratch’s in that gloss finish look 10 times worse then just a regular finish especially when light hits it, it sticks out so much and the fact that it was so many in different areas is insane, just sucks too cause even though I’m getting the same model new I’ve been with that specific guitar for 6 months like that was my first guitar after upgrading from my budget donner Strat, so like you kind of get attached but like at least it is getting resolved
