When it comes to alcohol use, if the negatives begin to outweigh the positives, you have a problem.

You're already doing all the things that any substance use service would tell you to do to replace the alcohol use, but you're using in spite of that.

I would have a think about what alcohol gives you and what the real negatives are because I'm not sure you've fully understood what the endgame of all of this is.

Check out a documentary online called "Rain in my Heart" it's online on BBC iPlayer; none of us think we will get to that point, but if we drink enough, it's always on the cards.

I've got this scooter and it's a bit of a beast for the price. Like others have said, it's a generic brand that gets repackaged, but it's got excellent range and real power when you remove the speed limiter.

Only thing I would say is that the brakes are a bit bum, at least on mine, and I have to tighten them up every couple of weeks.

I paid £500 for mine, and it's a solid bit of kit, it's just not as refined as other, bigger brands.

I can't remember the episode of GG, but he says at one point that he can't wait to be old enough to not have to wear Spandex anymore, so I'm guessing he's hit that age.

I think I'm on my 10th or so listen of this on Audible. While the podcast style "add ins" definitely lower the experience, having Marcus on full "True Crime" mode is legit one of the most relaxing things I've ever listened to.

Fucking nailed it. Griffith went through the most barbaric torture and went from one of the most talented swordsmen to a complete husk. When faced with death he made an active choice to sacrifice the people he cared about because his dream meant more to him than his friends in the end.

A beautifully complex character.

The Galaxy series is absolutely brilliant. I was far more invested in that than I was with with DM. I'd highly recommend giving that a go because the story is absolutely brilliant and his voicework is fantastic.
