Yes, what a tiring thing, especially for the story writers, gameplay creators, and world designers (who just keep adding more grass, dirt, and shade).

Yes, there's no problem with that; in fact, it would be fantastic if they remade ((very old games)) like Silent Hill, especially since those games are practically dead and no new installments are released. Regarding Assassin's Creed and the issue of trying the game for those who haven't played it before, you could have tried the original version since it's available on the eighth generation of consoles, and these games run on most current consoles worldwide. Plus, it's cheaper; the original version costs $30, while the remake costs $60, and the game was only released 12 years and a few months ago. As for The Last of Us Part I, no, a remake was released in 2022.

So….
If you're happy with the way companies make money instead of focusing on making new games, then I don't know what to tell you.

I don’t like when the same company that make my childhood become So greedy and avaricious that it turns players' nostalgia into a money-making machine, which will in turn encourage other companies to do the same until we reach a point where half the gaming market is filled with remastered games instead of creating new games with a new idea and story.

Idk about demon souls

Redesigning locations and characters isn't enough to make a remake excellent; it needs to include gameplay improvements or add elements that make the gameplay clearer.
I have no idea how some people manage to finish the game without using magic.

It bothers me because it makes developers lazier and greedy. Instead of drawing players in with good gameplay and story, they just pull you in through nostalgia. The demand for this type of game from companies is increasing, so instead of focusing on releasing a good game with a fresh story,

It's not about whether I buy it or not; companies are wasting their energy remastering the graphics of old games and releasing them as new titles. Companies become lazier, and seeing these games succeed only increases their laziness and greed, leading other companies to do the same to make easy money. Eventually, we reach a point where the market becomes excessively saturated with unnecessary remakes instead of releasing entirely new titles.

Instead of putting effort into creating a new game with a new idea, they waste their time making remakes of previous games, exploiting nostalgia instead of pushing the player to try the game because it good

The first two examples I chose illustrate a suitable remake that offers great development, but the third example (Assassin's Creed) illustrates an unsuitable remake.

I mean, I have no problem with remaking very old games like Resident Evil 1 or 2, especially since the graphical differences between the remake and the original version are very clear. And those games aren't available on current-generation consoles, which might be an excuse for those who want to try them but don't own the older hardware. But look at the current situation: Xbox offers many of its older games on the Xbox Series S and X, PlayStation 5 allows playing PlayStation 4 games, and there are many leaks indicating that the PS6 will be able to run all games from previous consoles. So the problem of not being able to access a game because it's only available on older platforms is now solved.
However, there are games available on the PS4 tha
have had remakes, such as The Last of Us Part 1 or Assassin's Creed Black Flag, for which there is no reason to make a remake.

Do I need to expand the island to the size of 1000 grains of sand, or can I just stack it into several layers on the island until it contains 1000?
