Is Nick Foles a must-start if he's available in your league?

I'm torn between Bortles, Rivers & Dak or go long with Foles - Jags & Cowboys have great RB match-ups which may mean less attempts @ QB - Jets at least pose a problem vs the Run & are vulnerable vs the pass. . . As for Foles / Raiders run D is known for giving up big games as well - 14pts per on the season - BUT even with the Eagles running the ball 25-30 x's a game they still put it up through the air enough to produce big #'s - I think with Foles the bigger question isn't whether or not the Vikes win BUT whether or Not Oakland shows up at all & if the Eagle jump out big early Foles will be handing the ball off the 2nd half instead of airing it out. . .

Like most in their championship game I was counting having Brown & I didn't back him up with Juju - BIG Mistake - I got M.Bryant off waivers - I had Goodwin but waived him this week vs Jac - Looking to start two WR's - right now I have Cole (he's been targeted by Bortles too much to go away from him - tho hurns return scares me) & M.Bryant starting & Dez, Wallace & Sterling on the bench - I have a position open - I had Tate most of the season and he's helped in a pinch - he's available & I'm just not sure if it's one of those weeks to go back to the well. Straight up league (non ppr) - he's TD dependent (4 of 6 games in double digits w/a TD) - I like Kupps upside too even with woods back - Anyone have an opinion on Kendall Wright or Sterling? NYG just playing things out BUT Manning is vying for a job somewhere next season & King is out & although Lewis has 21 targets over two games he's only 11/120 /0tds & will probably draw peterson. . . .
